McNABB COBBLER | |
Peaches Blueberries 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Butter Peel and slice 8 peaches (or use 6 peaches and rest blueberries). Cover with 1/2 cup sugar and pour into casserole. Beat 1 egg. Add 1 cup sugar mixed with 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Crumble batter over fruit and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and bake 20 minutes more. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 6. |
