GRAHAM MUFFINS 
1 c. graham flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together until butter is smooth, with no lumps. It will be very thin. Put 2 tablespoons of batter into well greased iron tins, each cup. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until sides of batter are brown and center is well done. Turn out of pan and eat while hot with plenty of butter. Do not mix ahead of time. Wonderful with red flannel hash.
