CROCK POT STEW - FAST! 
By 9 a.m. put 1 lb. stew meat (cut into bite size pieces) plus water (3 cups), salt and pepper and onion in crock pot. Cook on high until 4:30 - 5 p.m.

Add to pot: 1 can fingerling or sliced carrots (drained) 1 can lima beans (drained) 1/2 c. minute rice 2 pkgs. country style gravy mix

Add gravy mix first and stir well. Add other ingredients. Cover and simmer 30- 45 minutes more. Serve with rolls.
