SLICED BAKED MICROWAVE POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
2 to 3 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. chopped herbs of your choice (parsley, chives, thyme or sage)

Wash potatoes. Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Place potatoes in a microwave dish or pan. Sprinkle with melted butter and chopped herb of your choice. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese. Microwave another 4 to 6 minutes on high until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft. Sprinkle with salt.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
