SMOKED CHOPS WITH MUSTARD 
8 thin boneless pork chops
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 dash garlic salt

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

WESTERN MAC CASSEROLE

1 pkg. Kraft mac & cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. (1 lb. can) whole kernel corn, drained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on box. Brown meat, celery, green pepper and onion; cook until tender. Stir in corn, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Add dinner; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
