TURKEY SUPREME 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
3 c. stuffing
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. water

Lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking pan or casserole. Mix together soup and water. Spoon 1/2 mixture into bottom of pan. In a large bowl, mix turkey, onion, eggs, milk, sage, and bread crumbs.

Spread 1/2 of mixture over soup in pan. Top with stuffing. Spread the rest of the mixture over stuffing and top with the remainder of the soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
