2 cloves garlic, crushed Juice of 2 lemons Crisco Salt and pepper Potatoes Dice garlic and lemon on top of roast; rub Crisco on top of the roast. Let it marinate overnight, turning occasionally. Bake as usual and half way through add potatoes. | |
