FARINA SALAD 
Separate and beat whites of 5 eggs until stiff in large bowl. Fold in slightly beaten yolks.

Next - fold in: 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After cake cools, crumble in alternate layers of cake, crushed pineapple (drained) and Cool Whip. 2 cans crushed pineapple

Makes an exquisite looking dish, especially in a tall glass bowl.
