WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 green pepper
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 can mushrooms
2 cans water
1/3 c. soy sauce

Wash and soak rice a while. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 2 hours. Can put blanched almonds on top.
