ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. zucchini
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Butter

Slice zucchini and boil in salt water until almost tender. Drain. Soften cream cheese, 1/2 stick butter and 1 tablespoon chopped onion. Pour hot zucchini over cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Salt and pepper to taste.
