2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
2 c. angel flake coconut

Put all ingredients in blender 3-5 minutes. Pour in greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
