1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
Dash black pepper
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
4 or 5 oz. noodles
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat add celery, peppers, onions. Stir in tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Cook noodles separate, add to meat mixture. Place in baking dish. Stir in grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese after baking.
