SCOTCH BREAD COOKIES | |
1 lb. butter (do not melt) room temperature 1 c. sugar 4 c. flour Blend all ingredients. Roll a pinch of dough in a small ball or use small scoop. Place on pan. Indent with tip of finger. Can fill with preserves, chocolate pieces, raisins, etc. Bake at 350 degrees or until slightly brown. |
