Mix together 4 beaten eggs, 1/2 small finely chopped onion, 12 double saltine crackers (crumbled), 2 jars, marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) and 1/2 pound shredded sharp cheese. Place mixture in 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cool, cut in small squares to serve.
