ARTICHOKE APPETIZER 
2 lg. cans artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chilies, diced

Mix together all ingredients. Chop artichoke hearts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Good with chips, crackers, or bread. Serves 10.
