BUBBLE 'N SQUEAK 
1 lb. bacon
6-8 potatoes
1/2 head cabbage

Fry bacon; remove to drain. Retain 1/2 of drippings in pan. Peel and slice potatoes, shred cabbage. Combine and cook in bacon drippings on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. Crumble bacon and mix thoroughly. Serves 6.
