BUBBLING SQUEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
2 c. macaroni
1 qt. tomatoes
1 onion

Put ground beef, chopped onions, celery and pepper in pan. Let cook until redness leaves the beef. Then add tomatoes and simmer sauce. Cook macaroni until done, drain. Add to the hot sauce and let set for a while before serving, to let macaroni absorb flavor.
