BUBBLES AND SQUEAK 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 head cabbage, coarsely sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bread crumbs from 3 slices bread
1/2 onion

Crumble sausage and onion, fry. Cook cabbage just until tender. Mix together sausage, onion, and soup. Add cabbage, top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
