2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. onions, finely chopped
2 oz. jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 oz. mild salsa
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
24 oz. Cheez Whiz
Doritos chips (cheese flavored)
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Cook onions and ground beef until meat loses its color. Drain. Add jalapeno, salsa, cheddar cheese and Cheez Whiz. Heat until cheese is melted. Put chips in 9"x13" pan, pour meat mixture over chips. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
