RENAE'S TANGY SWEET AND HOT
CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts

MARINADE:

1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (I use Cholula)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced onion

Combine all marinade ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil over low to medium heat. Remove from heat.

Place chicken breasts in broiler pan and pour marinade over all. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

Either bake in oven at 350°F or grill using indirect heat on gas or charcoal until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

EAT!!!
