BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. hot or med. hot bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Place eggs in buttered casserole and season to taste. Cook sausage, drain and sprinkle over eggs. Pour sour cream over sausage. Combine crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over casserole. Place in oven to heat thoroughly and brown top under broiler. Serves 4 to 6.
