LASAGNA 
1/2 c. onions
1 lb. chuck
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. parsley
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese

Saute onions, add beef, add sauce. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles, drain. In 12 x 8 inch pan put:

1/3 meat sauce
Layer of lasagna noodles
Layer of Mozzarella cheese
Layer of cottage cheese
Layer of Parmesan cheese

Repeat; pour sauce on top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
