BAKED LASAGNA 
Use recipe from Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs for the sauce. Make sauce and meat balls ahead of time and freeze or refrigerate until ready to make lasagna.

1 box lasagna noodles (cooked according to directions on box)
Meatballs and hot sausage, sliced (combine to make layer)
Hard boiled eggs, sliced (optional)
2 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
Romano or Parmesan cheese, sprinkle lightly
Spaghetti sauce (3 to 4 big spoonsful per layer)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
