BEV'S BAKED LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
8 oz. ricotta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
Seasoning to taste
Serve with side salad & garlic bread

Your preference.

Fry ground beef, adding salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste. Cook until done. Add spaghetti sauce. Grate mozzarella cheese (the more, the cheesier). Boil lasagna noodles until tender. Lightly grease baking dish (10 x 17 x 4 inches).

Layer noodles, ground beef/spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, spoon drop ricotta cheese (about 10 drops per layer). Continue to layer in this order. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 people.
