LASAGNE 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned
1 lg. can whole tomatoes & juice
12 oz. can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil

LASAGNA NOODLES:

9 (3 layer) 6 (2 layer) lasagna noodles
1 qt. dry cottage cheese
1 lg. & 1 sm. ball mozzarella cheese
1 wedge Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine ingredients for meat sauce with browned ground beef; simmer, uncovered 30 minutes to 1 hour.

In 9 x 13 inch pan layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
