CARAMEL PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, well beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, salt, milk, and egg yolks. Cook until thickened. Then caramalize 3/4 cup sugar until golden brown. Add just a little hot water and add to custard a little at a time. Add butter and vanilla. Put in baked crust and cover with meringue from 3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar. Bake until brown.
