THREE CHEESE MANICOTTI 
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 manicotti shells (cooked and drained)

Blend tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and 1 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 1 cup of the mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Parmesan. Add eggs, parsley, salt and pepper; mix lightly. Stuff shells using about 1/4 cup each. Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture in 12 x 7 1/2 x 12 inch dish. Pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
