CHOCOLATE SHOP CHOCOLATE TORTE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. confectioners' sugar 4 eggs, separated 3 sq. melted baking chocolate 12 marshmallows, cut up 1 c. nuts, broken up 12 graham crackers, rolled fine 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time, beating well. Add chocolate, marshmallows, nuts and vanilla. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour half of cracker crumbs in bottom of buttered 6 x 10 x 2 inch pan. Pour in mixture. Cover with remaining crackers. Chill in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Cut in squares. May serve with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. |
