MOLASSES DIABETIC COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. liquid sweetener
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped unsweetened prunes
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all; drop and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
