BREAKFAST BAKE 
1 lb. sausage
6 slices bread
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Butter

Brown sausage and drain. Spread bread with butter, then cut into cubes. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with Pam. Layer bottom with bread cubes. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and seasoning. Beat well and pour over all. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
