1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. melted Crisco
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Sift together dry ingredients, add slightly beaten eggs, melted Crisco and nuts. Mix well. Shape dough into rolls, wrap rolls in wax paper (makes about 6 rolls) and freeze. When time to bake, cut cookies to about 1/4" thickness. Decorate with colored candy sprinkles and bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown. Makes several dozen small crispy cookies.
