CHRISTMAS TORDELIA COOKIES | |
1 doz. eggs 1 water glass brandy 1/2 glass olive oil Add a little salt to flour on bread board. Make a hole in center of flour to put mixture in, and work in the flour to a stiff dough. Roll out 1/2 inch round, and a long rope. Cut in 2 or 3 inch long pieces and with your finger roll on some kind of grader to make a shell-like. Let stand 20 minutes and then fry in deep fat. After all are fried put some warm honey on them. |
