4 HOUR STEW 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
3 potatoes, cut up
3 carrots, cut up
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can Campbell's beef broth
4 tbsp. tapioca
Salt to taste

Mix all together in pan. Do not brown meat. Place in large casserole with lid or cover. Must have lid. Cook at 325 degrees for 4 hours or longer. Do not peek or stir during cooking. When ready to eat, remove from oven and serve. Accept compliments graciously.
