5 HOUR BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. stew meat
3 carrots, sliced
1 lg. onion, cut
3 stalks celery, cut
3 potatoes, cut
2 c. tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. minute tapioca
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees in covered roaster. Don't peek!!!
