ENCHILADAS 
2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 onion, sauteed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. milk
2 cans Mexican beans
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. tortilla pads

Layer tortillas and sauces. Add chiles after cooking. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
