DEBBIE'S ENCHILADA'S 
2 pkgs. McCormack enchilada sauce
1 lb. Velveeta
1 can Rotel or Mexican style tomatoes
1 pkg. flour tortilla's
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped

Prepare McCormack sauce as directed on package. Melt together Velveeta and Rotel. Fry ground chuck then add chopped onion. Roll meat and onion up into tortilla's. Pour enough enchilada sauce to cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place tortillas in pan side by side. Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas then cheese sauce over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
