FROZEN BANANAS 
4 firm bananas
4 wooden sticks (like sticks used for candy apples)
1/3 c. Sue Bee honey
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Peel bananas. Insert wooden sticks in fruit lengthwise. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.

In saucepan, combine Sue Beef honey and chocolate pieces. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Add peanut butter, continue cooking and stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Dip chilled bananas in mixture to coat. Roll in chopped nuts. Freeze. Serve frozen. Serves 4.
