2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas 1/2 c. green onions, diced 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced 1 sm. bottle Wish-Bone Italian dressing 4 ribs celery, diced 1 sm. jar pimentos Drain and rinse peas. Place in bowl and add celery, green onions and jalapenos. Drain the pimentos and add to peas. Pour the Italian dressing over the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours (overnight, if possible). If jalapenos are not available, use fresh green peppers and add 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper. |
