VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
4 carrots, chopped
1 bunch broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 head cauliflower
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. cheese, cubed
1 c. croutons

Steam vegetables until tender. Make cream sauce by melting butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, add milk and cheese. Reduce heat. Cook and stir until creamy. Place vegetables in casserole dish, pour over cream sauce. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
