2 c. mashed potatoes with butter and milk
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper as desired

Whip together with mixer. Put in ungreased baking dish. Bake 35 minutes at 300 degrees.
