1 1/2 lb. boneless chuck roast
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1/2 c. water

Place roast in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle bouillon over roast add water, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until tender. Cut up potatoes and carrots may be added before baking.
