CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
6 chicken thighs or breasts 1 c. raw rice 3/4 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can mushroom soup Grease baking dish well. Put in the rice, then sprinkle dry soup mixture over this. Lay chicken pieces on top. Blend mushroom soup with 1 can water. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. At end of first hour, add another can of water. May be cooked uncovered. Yield: 2-6 servings. |
