MUSTARD RING 
1/2 c. cold water
1 env. unflavored gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Stir gelatin in water until dissolved. Beat eggs well. Add sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Cook over low heat until mixture is consistency of mayonnaise. Add dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly. Then whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour in a ring mold and chill. Wonderful served with a baked ham dinner.
