NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. fructose or sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. sour cream

Mix crust ingredients and press into a spring pan. Reserve some crumbs for the top of cake. Combine eggs, cheese, sugar and flavorings. Blend in sour cream. Pour filling into crust. Top with remaining crumbs to cover cake. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Chill in pan 4 hours or overnight.
