1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
8" graham cracker crumb crust

In small microwave bowl melt chocolate chips on high 1-1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred; set aside to cool.
