NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. ricotta
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. melted butter

In a large bowl mix ingredients in order of listing. Beat until very smooth. Bake in 10 inch spring form pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 1 more hour with oven door slightly open.

NOTE: To avoid cracking, place pan in a roasting pan filled to about 1 inch of water and bake.
