NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk, not evaporated
4 eggs
1/3 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crust ingredients and press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk; beat until smooth. Add flour, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill and garnish with fresh strawberries or Strawberry Glaze. Serves 12-14.
