NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed fine
1/2 stick melted butter
Pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix above ingredients well and press into bottom of springform pan. Put in refrigerator until other ingredients are mixed.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream
1 c. sweet cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese and sugar until well mixed. Add remaining filling ingredients. Mix well. Pour on crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Then turn off oven, open door just a crack, and keep cheese cake in oven for 1 more hour. Remove from oven and let stand 2 hours before trying to cut.
