NINE DAY SLAW 
3 lb. cabbage
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 med. onions
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard seed

Shred or chop cabbage, onions and peppers. Heat rest of ingredients together and pour over chopped ingredients while still warm. When cool store in refrigerator in a covered container. Will keep 9 days or longer.
