NINE DAY SLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage, grated
1 green pepper
2 onions

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt

Pour over cabbage mixture and stir well. Recipe makes 4 pints. Store in refrigerator. Will keep up to 9 days and improves with age.
